LEONELRUBEN is a director’s collective standing for a poetic approach of filmmaking, where fairytales meet documentary capturing the aura of people that rock on the outskirts of society, the spirit, the mystical things within everyone and everything.
Leonel Dietsche and Ruben Meier studied film directing in Germany. During their studies they made a number of short films and one feature film before becoming a directing team. With their films they have participated in many film festivals worldwide. International Film Festival Berlin, Warsaw Film Festival, Munich International Film Festival, Fantaspoa Film Festival, Bafici Film Festival, Berlin Commercial and many more. Since 2017 they have been working together and have collaborated with brands like Vogue, VW, Nike Jägermeister, Under Armour, AMG, Gosha Rubchinskiy
